**The job:** Get publishable show notes (timestamps, topics, links) for an episode without writing them by hand.

Most podcasters either skip notes, outsource them, or hate writing them. Show Notes does them with AI, with enough taste in the prompt and the post-processing that hosts actually want to use the output. Bootstrapped, deliberately small. The goal is a healthy business that respects listeners and respects my time, not a venture-shaped trajectory.
