**The job:** During the newborn-shift period, both parents know whose turn is next and how long the other one actually slept.

My wife and I were trading nightshifts and kept losing the thread. Notes, a shared spreadsheet, a baby-tracker app, nothing fit. So I built Relay during nap windows. SwiftUI, SwiftData, no backend.
